Post-menopausal woman who has a slow but constant bone density lost is a high risk of fracture. The research related to physical activity, which is heavily influenced bone formation, and fracture case in posmenopausal woman in Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha has not been done before. Goal: To know the relationship between physical activity and fracture in postmenopausal woman in Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Metodologi: The method of the research is analitical observational research with retrospective approach. Data is taken with consecutive sampling method for 28 sample in case group and 28 sample in control group. Sample which fulfil the criteria will be having bone density measurement using fracture questionare and will be asked question in IPAQ Physical Activity Questionare.
