Abstract
In the era of globalization more changes and rapid development in the competition faced by the company. Strong competitiveness caused the company to have the right strategy to be able to survive in the competition. One important company asset is human resources. Therefore, the need to be able to indetify what are the variables that affect the performance of the resources in the company, so that resources can provide maximum performance. The employee's performance is something that is quite important in the company, the company's performance is strongly influenced by the performance of employees, and therefore every company would want to improve the performance of their employees. An effort to improve employee performance can be done by knowing the influence of leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment towards the performance of the employee. The method used in this study is Partial Least Square, where this method is suitable with a few respondents. Given the target object does not have employees in large numbers. Using the method mentioned, it can be seen which variables influence employee's performance. The results of this study stated that leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment influences employee performance. So the results of this study may be proposed to the company which can be used as suggestions to improve employee's performance in accordance with the company’s circumstance.
