This research is based on the employee's performance problems faced by PT. Mitra AbadiRaya Sukses where the production target has never been reached and absenteeism exceeded the limits set by the company. Employee performance can be affected by several factors such as organizational commitment, employee engagement, work environment, and motivation. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment, employee engagement, and working environment on the motivation and performance of employees. Data collected by using a questionnaire that has been tasted for validity and reliability in advance using 30 respondents. After the validity and reliability later questionnaires distributed to 154 respondents. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. To analyze the data of the study, the researcher applied Structural Equation Modeling method in LISREL 8.7. The result of the study showed that organizational commitment influence on employee performance, employee engagement influence on employee performance, work environment does not influence on employee performance, organizational commitment influence on motivation, employee engagement influence on motivation, work environment influence on motivation, and motivation influence on employee performance. Employee engagement variables contributed the most impact on employee motivation and organizational commitment variables contributed the most impact on employee performance. Therefore, PT. Mitra AbadiRaya Sukses should increase the sense of engagement to improve the motivation and increase organizational commitment to improve the performance of employees. |
