The sample size used in these research were 83 people from 500 population. Technic sampling confinient used to Slovin. The variable consist of dependent were renumeration dan work motivation. The independent variable was perception performance. There were three hypothesies in this research namely, first: the influent of renumeration for perception performance BKPM employers. Second: the influent of work motivation for perception performance BKPM employers dan Third: the influent of renumeration and work motivation for perception performance BKPM employers. The understanding of the hypotesies and direcly to answer them, have to used the analysis of multi regresion as follow : 1. There was not influenced with significant the renumeration for perception performace. Probablity (P) .461 > a 0.05 2. There was influent with significant the work motivation for perception perfomance Probability (P) .000 < a 0.05 3.
