The program of SBI has demanded teachers and students to use English for their interaction in the classroom. The use of English in the teaching and learning process is highly necessary in order to meet the idealism of the International Standard School Program. There are many non English subjects such as Biology should use English in the process of teaching and learning in the class. In fact, English proficiency of teachers and students is still found to be a problem in SBI program. Therefore, The new strategy for solving this problem is really needed. After doing the observation and anlysing the process of teaching and learning in SMP 1 Kudus which is projected to be International Standard School, the writer tries to promote the use of english presentation in english classroom language to maintain non english subject (such as Biology). By using english presentation teachers and students should be encouraged to use typical English phrases and sentences to learn the material and manage their transactional interaction in the classroom.
