Abstract
In order to establish the Modern Corporation, Human Resource Development factor has very Important role on determining it's sucsess. Those, HRD needs more attention from managerial levels. Therefore, the writer doing a research about the effect of Herzberg's Exterinsic Motivation and Exterinsic Motivation on Employess Job Satisfaction in Styrindo Mono Indonesia Crop. Sampling Method in this research is non probability sampling with convenience sampling, gathering data from 40 employees as data sample. Then using multiple regression method with Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 22 version for windows. The result of this research is the Exterinsic Motivation and Exterinsic Motivation has possitive significant effect on Employees Job Satisfaction in Styrindo Mono Indonesia Corp.
