Isi artikelBackground: Learning is an activity that is done by every human since they were born until they are passing away. There are many factors that influence learning such as learning style. Understanding the learning style is needed by a student in order to have an effective and productive study. To help student succesed in studying, they should know their learning style and technique of study that are appropriate for them. Objective: To study students learning style of School Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta Method: This study was descriptive analytic. The subject was students of School of Nursing year 2006 that registered as an active student during the research conducted. Samples were 142 students, 64 from program A and 78 students from program B. Data were taken using learning style questionnaire developed by Honey and Mumford (1986). Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: Generally student leaming style was reflector. There was no difference leaming style between program.(p=0.053) between gender (p=0.373), age (p=0.291), and work experience (p=0.060). Conclusions: The learning style of School of Nursing student reflector. There is no difference learning style between them based on programme gender, age and work experience
