This study uses the data 99 companies listed on the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) during the years 2011¬2013 and is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used is multiple linear regression method, using SPSS 22.0 statistical tools. Hypothesis test results showed that the Corporate Governance Perception Index does not affect the company's financial performance while leverage significant negative effect on the company's financial performance.
