Psychiatric evaluation my be used before a criminal court as strong evidence showing the accused mental condition and his/her ability to bear criminal legal responsibility. Expert, in this case psychiatrist have to give their witness under oath before Court. It is the court which shall evaluate the acceptability of the expert witness account. On the other hand, the sitting judge is under the obligation to take into considerations evidence presented by this axpert witness.
