| In past few years, global warming become one of common issue spread in the global society nowadays, including Indonesia. In develpoment of accounting and it profession toward green concern, education institution especially university has an important role and fundamental in produce future professional accountans whose not only good in conventional accounting but also concern with natural sustainability. The role of university in green accounting as an initial accounting development towards green accounting with adjust the curriculum in preparing their students to be ready for social and environment change from accounting perspective This research aim to map faculty leaders understanding of green accounting in FE - Accounting of Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia and the influence itself on student awareness toward green accounting. This research uses empirical data such as and in-depth interview with faculty leaders and questionnaire to students which are selected using convinience sampling method. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis. |
