Background: The cases of infertility have been increasing. Men have been suggested to contribute 50% to the infertility cases. Soya bean cakes has proven contain 8 amino acid essential, one of the are arginin that play roles in the ATP production to provide energy for motality of spermatozoa. This experimental study was to find out the effect of soya bean cakes powder on the motility of spermatozoa in rats. Design and Method: The study used pre and post test randomized control group design. In this study, 24 mice were divided into 4 groups: Group I (the control group treated with aquadest; Group II, III and IV are treated with soya bean cakes powder of 1.25 and 2.5, 3.75 respectively. The sperm motility was measured after 25 days of treatment. The data was analyzed by One Way ANOVA test, continued by Post Hoc LSD and Analysis of co-variant. Result: Significant difference was found among the groups (p=0.000). The treatment of soya bean cakes powder with various doses was not caused sperm motolity significantly which simultaneously influenced by daily food residual. Conclusion: Soya bean cakes powder affects the motility of spermatozoa in mice. The effect of administration of temulawak on SGOT (the hepatoxity) in CCL4 induced mice
