Isi artikelCerebral Palsy is a state of non progressive, neuromuscular condition composed a series of symptoms as a result of damage to the brain, which occurred either prenatally, during birth, or in the postnatal period, before the central nerve system reached maturity. Patients with cerebral palsy have a higher incidence of dental caries, periodontal disease, malocclusions, bruxism, and teeth clenching. The condition of mental retardation makes these children difficult to dental treatment, because they are uncooperative, and have neuromotor disorders, with difficulties in communication. The case was a child 9 years old, consulted by general dental proctitioner. After consultation with anaesthetizes, the multiple teeth extraction was conducted with general anesthesia. This case reports was conducted to over come the difficulties in multiple teeth extraction of child with cerebral palsy
