The purpose of this essay is to identify influence work placement, work environment, and development to employee’s loyalty. The population from this research are empolyees from PT. Sentrasarana Jasaresik Prima of total 340 employee. While the sample total 200 respondents determined by proporsional with probability random sampling method. Before collecting data, validity and reliability test used to test statement item for questionnaires. After indicated valid and reliable then collecting main data for the next process. That data process by AMOS 22 software. Steps for using amos are model specification, design, model identification and model testing. Results from AMOS indicated that work placement variable influence by significant to employee’s loyalty, while work environment and development did not influence by significant through employee’s loyalty. |
