Abstract
Employee performance and loyalty in work affecting the outcome of a company. However, companies often pay less attention to passion and engagement of employees. This gives rise to many impacts such as employee motivation and potential are not optimal. To that end, the company must pay attention to how employees work and the factors that influence employees in an effort to increase the motivation and the development of its potential. In this study we want to know how the influence of passion and engagement towards employee motivation while working to maximize the potential of every employee PT. Asjaya Indosurya Securities. Data collected by using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability in advance using 100 respondents. After the validity and reliability later questionnaires distributed to 170 respondents. The sampling technique using census and data processing using the software AMOS 18. The results showed that engagement affects motivation and passion affect individual potential but, passion does not affect employee motivation and engagement and motivation does not affect the development of employees' potential. Advice given company should train employees to do training that passion and engagement of employees as well as their potential can be developed and channeled properly.
