In general, children loved to play bike, but the children often find difficulties when got transition from using wheeled tricycle into bicycle. At the intermediate stage are learning phase, where some parents are often involved in helping and assisting their children in riding a bicycle. However, in the teaching process of two-wheeled bike is still less effective, which often cause pain and back pain in the elderly. To answer these problems, we need a tool that can assist in the teaching of bicycle for children effectively and safely. The tool is made based on the results of research in the form of interviews and questionnaires directly to the parents to describe the design of the initial product specification and describes the needs of existing customers to design products that effectively steering handle. In designing this product, begins by outlining the functions related to each other so as to produce an output that is through the function structure. In addition, makes a morphological chart to illustrate the concept of alternatives to choose from. Then to select an existing concepts, used Pugh method and the decisions matrix.
