This study aims to determine whether the physical work environment and workload affect the job satisfaction of employees of the firm of Moore Stephens Mulyamin Sensi Suryanto & Lianny. The data used in this study are primary data, while data collection using the questionnaire. The sample population of this study is done by taking the primary data of 50 employees of the firm of Moore Stephens Mulyamin Sensi Suryanto & Lianny. In the study showed that the regression equation are positive influence of the physical work environment and workload to job satisfaction of Y = 3,856 + 0,087 + 1,080 X1 X2. In addition, the results of the study can be seen that the physical work environment and workloads together influential by 73% on the job satisfaction. In the t test of physical working environment variables on job satisfaction has not significant effect, while the variable workload has a significant influence on job satisfaction. |
