PT Premier International is a company who engaged in automotive. PT Premier International is the official distributor of Piaggio in Indonesia.This company sell varied product like motorcycle and sparepart. Piaggio motorcycle so many variety are selling in this company like Vespa Sprint, Vespa Primavera, Vespa LXV, Liberty, Mp3, and Vespa 946. Price range of piaggio motorcycle is from 30 million rupiah until 100 million rupiah. PT Premier International has many branch of dealer howroom in jabodetabek. The six branch of dealer showroom PT Premier International is Kebayoran Lama, Depok, Serpong, Sawah Besar, Kelapa Gading dan Daan Mogot.System of delivery product in PT Premier International use decentralized system, where dealers showroom ship the product to customer. Werehouse of PT Premier International restock the dealer using Promindo Logistic. This problem is the biggest problem in PT Premier International. From this problem, this research aim is to reduce cost of delivery product. The main focus of this research is to reduce the cost of delivery of PT Premier International by changing its delivery system. This research was conducted by designing the proposed new system using the method in which the centralization of customer grouping regionally and determining the sequence of delivery using TSP (Travelling Salesman Problem). To get the best system of delivery product PT Premier International this research calculating cost of system of delivery and compare them. Cost component which are considered in this delivery system is cost of shipping where the criteria of best system is low cost of shipping. The result of this research is the new delivery sistem centralized who can saves shipping costs as much as 77 % of the cost of shipping in decentralized system. |
