The welfare of a nation can be measured by the terms of public health, because health is one of the element in achieving prosperity. In an effort to improve the welfare of the community in the sector of health, the government established Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan as a public legal entity that is used to organize the social security program. Atma Jaya Hospital is one of the health facilities that apply BPJS. Patient satisfaction becomes a very important factor in the implementation of BPJS system and an indicator whether the hospital has succeeded in implementing this BPJS system. In this study, the authors wanted to analyze the factors that influence patient satisfaction by using factor analysis and analyze the impact of the implementation of the BPJS system such as BPJS group (XI), the frequency of outpatient treatment with BPJS card (X2), health workers (X3), health facilities (X4) and BPJS patient administration system (X5) towards BPJS patient satisfaction (Y). This study was conducted in BPJS outpatients at Atma Jaya Hospital. From the results obtained, patient satisfaction was divided into six categories, namely the care and treatment satisfaction, the satisfaction of the atmosphere (the environment space outpatient), satisfaction of medical personnel who serve BPJS outpatients, facility satisfaction, service satisfaction and the satisfaction of financial and administrative. Analysis of the effect of the implementation of BPJS on patient satisfaction conducted using multinomial logistic regression. This method is used because the dependent variable has more than 2 categories. From research conducted by the multinomial logistic regression showed that the independent variables that affect patient satisfaction (dependent variable) seen from the results of the Wald test is BPJS group, health workers and health facilities. |
