Service excellence of TransJakarta already believed by Transjakarta users who previously used a private vehicle or not, and is expected to attract even more for the users of private vehicles in order to switch to Transjakarta to minimize congestion in Jakarta. The research objective is to identify the effect of the application of excellent service to the trust and the decision to switch from private vehicles. Used as a sample of 150 respondents. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Before deploying the main questionnaire, validity and reliability test in advance using SPSS software 20 to 50 respondents. To identify the effect of the application of excellent service to the trust and the decision to switch from private vehicles using the software AMOS 22. The results of the study is trust no effect on the decision of switching and excellent service trust and affect the decision to switch. Advice given is the Transjakarta should be able to increase the trust (confidence) of private vehicle users by fostering excellent service consisting of six indicators, namely attitude, attention, action, ability, responsibility, and performance in particular concern because trust variables have an influence in affecting the decision to use Transjakarta bus services. |
