This study discusses the proposed improvements to the production system using lean agile supply chain approach. The case study for this research is done in CV. Mita Kencana which is a company engaged in the production of garment or clothing. The company produces various types of clothing one school uniform symbols. The company is not classified as a large enterprise so that in it there are many discrepancies that occur in the company, one of which is the problem that the turnaround time is too long or waiting waste and defect waste. Production floor today is not neat and orderly. The cycle time to make one unit of a school uniform is the symbol 2446.12 seconds with a lead time for 3 days. Under the existing conditions, the company's production system to be improved by using the scheduling engine to minimize turnaround time. Machine scheduling method used is the Active Scheduling Method and Method Campbell, Dudeck and Smith. This proposal is then integrated with the Visual Basic program to facilitate the scheduling of existing production in the CV. Mita Kencana.
