We reported a case of low grade ESS with metastasis in ovary and tuba at 45 years old female which was clinically suspected as a leiomyoma and ovarian cystic tumor. The aim of this report is to remind us because the rarity of this case. The relevant immunohistopathologic findings of ESS was also reported.
