Clinical data of Mycoplasma hominis (M. hominis) and Ureaplasma urealyticum (U. urealyticum) were limited in Indonesia, possibley due to diganostic methods Detection of these fastidious microorganism is challenging.Rapid, reliable and more convenient methods were important to consider.
