This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect of human resources management practices on employee intention to stay at PT Media Nusantara Informasi (Sindo). Variables that used in this study is the variable of Training and Development, Career Development, Compensation and Benefit, and Performance Appraisal as an independent variable, while Employees Intention to Stay is the dependent variable in this study. The population in this study were all full-time employees of PT Media Nusantara Infomrasi (Sindo), 100 people as a sample has been studied, and it taken by using convenience sampling method. Analysis is the multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that independent variable, human resources practice with four dimension that examined in this study are : Training and Development, Career Development, Compensation and Benefit, dan Perfomance Appraisal have significant effects on employee intention to stay. The result indicate that all dimension of human resources management practices have significant positive impact with employees intention to stay. In addition, the results of the study can be seen that Compensation and Benefit (X3) dimension have a strongest influence than other dimension on job employees intention to stay at PT Media Nusantara Informasi (Sindo). |
