Radiation therapy is still the gold standard for palliation therapy of bone metastases. In this article we want to review the pathofisiology, diagnosis and therapy of bone metastases particularly in radiotherapy point of view. We also present the data from radiotherapy installation "Dharmais" Cancer Center Hospital about retrospective study of radiation therapy for bone metastases in the period of2005-2006.
