This was a non-reactive research using secondary data (n = 30) aimed to study bootstrap method as the estimator of linear regression test by using the computer programs MINITAB 13. SPSS 13, and MacroMINITAB. "Bootstrap" regression methods are determine ß and Yvalue from OLS (ordinary least square), determine ?i = Yi – Yi value. determine how many repetition (B), take n sample by using replacement from ?i to ?(i) determine Yi = Yi + ?(i) value. determine ß value from sample the i vector. Whether the amount of repetition less than B?, if 'yes" back to take n sample by using replacement from ?i, if “no” determine ß from "bootstrap" methods as the average ß value from the result of B times sample taken. Linear regression analysis with bootstrap method required convergent (constant) regression coefficient and minimum variance to obtain valid regression equation. This was conducted with B as many as 10,500 with 10 iterations. The result was equal to that of linear regression equation with OLS method. The resulting regression equation was caries = 1.90 + 2.02 (OHI-S), indicating that each 1 addition of OHI-S unit will result in caries increase of 2.02 units.
