The purpose of this theses is to analyze the effects of net profit, operating cashflow, and firm’s value on dividend policy for financial service firms This theses use secondary data, which are financial statement and annual report of financial service firms that registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2010 – 2013. Some methods that this theses used are descriptive statistics and multiple linier regression including classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination testing.
