This study aims to determine the effect of net income, operating cash flow, and debt to equity ratio of the cash dividend policy. The data used in this study is a manufacturing company that is listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010 to 2012, and acquired 35 companies. This study used multiple linear analysis to examine the effect of net income, operating cash flow, and debt to equity ratio of the cash dividend policy. The results of this study indicate that the net income and operating cash flow does not affect the cash dividend policy, while the debt-to-equity ratio affects the cash dividend policy.
