FibreAlum Djoko-Lock 630 is a corrugated sheet roof of the GFRP material which installation means using a locking system without perforation of the roof. Roof structures will be composed of finite element model using solidwork software. Finite element method is a method of modeling an object or structure that is arranged some finite number of small elements. The properties of material used is the modulus elasticity of 3047 MPa, tensile strength 88.7 MPa, shear modulus, 50 MPa, and passion ratio of 0.37. Roofing sheet are modeled as a plate, and was based on the original dimensions are 1500 mm long, each roof, width 630 mm, and thickness 1.25 mm. Making the pedestial on the roof using the same material with the same thickness and width of 50 mm. Preparation of perakitan is done by using the tangent and coincident mate to attach the roof to the pedestial, and use parallel mate to make both parallel. Simulation of the model is done with concentrated loads at 2519.012 N and the stress result are compared with experimental test result. From the comparison of finite element model coclude that the model roof model of fibrealum Djoko-lock 630 is valid. This model that is considered valid is simulated with stress of wind lift loads at 2000 N, up off is 1.296 MPa, Equivalent to a wind speed of 141.306 km / h . Load which makes the structure of the roof and broken pedestal is 5000 N , with 9791 KN , and the wind speed 180.7005172 km / h . |
