| An excelent company must has a good working performance so thecompany can always satisfy the customer. A good working performance determind by the process business that happen in that company. For instance, Company XYZ that engaged in service. The company has a problem, especially in the procurement of materials where often there is a discrepancy amount of material on the record with the real situation so it harms service process that associated with this process. Business analysis is run to analyse this problem. Several analysis stage which is conducted are mapping the process, estimate performance process, verify the process map, chosing the improvement technique and make some improvement. Improvements that is made consist of some category. There are process improvement, tools improvement, standard and control internal making. All the mapping system are using DFD method. Based on analysis, there are several suggestion as in change of the process flow, using MS. Access as a new tool for making material record, fixing the form, sort out the warehouse, SOP and control internal making. |
