Abstract
Effective, efficient and productive are three things that are very closely related in doing a job, especially on how to work hauling sacks of rice. How to work effectively, efficiently and productively is needed in the process of distribution of sacks of rice, considering this process is associated with a load of sacks of rice are very heavy and in an amount not less, it must be found to the right and quick way to transport sacks of rice . Appointment sacks of rice to manually do have a high degree of flexibility because it is supported by the human body that is able to move freely, and can adapt to the existing terrain. However, the limited ability of the human body becomes a major obstacle in the process of distribution of sacks of rice by hand, especially in the field of health. Besides transporting manually provide significant levels of fatigue for the worker's body. Therefore we need a tool that is specifically designed to help make the process of distribution of sacks of rice. In this study the focus is to design the embodiment level and the level of detail of the results of research on the development and selection of rice sack carrier. From the results, obtained a prototype design of a more effective, efficient and productive than manually transporting rice
