Isi artikelReflection is an important process in the transforming of experience into knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Reflection enhances learning and professional practice in medical practices. Encouragement of medical students to use reflection to become an excellent doctor is a challenge in medical education. Reflection is an essential learning tool for professional education when enable the discovery of knowledge for practice. Especially in clinical education, reflection will help student to integrate new knowledge and experience within the existing cognitive frameworks and skills. Medical student not only must know and understand about reflection but they must have skills to do reflection on daily practice. Medical educators must possess skill to facilitate the development reflective skills by engaging student in substantive learning activities and enhancing the reflective process. This article describe about the process and how to improve reflection in clinical education.
