Eating breakfast is something that is often overlooked today, especially in adolescents and young adults. Eating breakfast is associated with the attention that is needed by medical students who actively follow the teaching and learning activities such as lectures. There are many reasons students do not eat breakfast like not having time to eat to even underestimating the importance of breakfast for their daily activities. Objectives. The aim of this research is to know the influence of breakfast to increased attention on the students of the Faculty of Medicine, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. Methodology. This study is an experimental study with the respondent amounted to 54 people who will be divided into two groups. The first group is the group given intervention in the form of breakfast, while the second group was given a control group who did not eat breakfast. The study was conducted three times with the same method. Stroop Test conducted before and after intervention in both groups. Results. Independent-Samples T Test between the first and second groups generate values of p=0.000 at day one, p=0.000 at day three and p=0.000 at day five. Conclusions.
