Djoko-Lock 630 Fibrealum fiberglass reinforced plastic composite sheet roof that has 1,25 mm thickness which can be installed without self drilling screw, for the result there is no water leakage through the holes that caused by the corrosion of the pins that usually occurres from conventional roof sheet. In this final project the performance of Djoko-Lock 630 Fibrealum will be assessed to verify the response to static load. Performance requirements are mechanic characteristic (tensile strength and elastic modulus) and also the response of roof structure on static strength test for simulation of human stamps load and wind load with a 1,2 m length of gording. The tensile strength test were shown tensile strength of 88,44 ± 9,21 Mpa and elastic modulus of 3,047 ± 0,38 GPa. From the experimental static strength direction from outside until it reaches 2519 N for 2 minutes and 23,44 mm maximum deflection, for static strength direction from inside until it reaches 2397,1 N. The results concluded that the FibreAlum roof with Djoko-Lock 630 profile is eligible to be able to withstand load stamping and uniformly distributed load, there is no damage on the roof sheet at all. It can be concluded that the Djoko-Lock 630 Fibrealum structure is safe as roof construction. |
