So, it’s nercessary to study what kind of factors that have effect on a productivity. This research, we want to know the effect of leadership, compasation, and work quality on productivity in PT. KMK Global Sports. The researcher was using path analysis to analyze the model of this research. This model is also a typical of multiple linear regression with moderator. The research was using the software SPSS 16.0 to testing the validity and reliability of the data. And AMOS 22.0 program to search the effect of the variables.
