Tacit knowledge an important role in the SME (Small and medium enterprises), especially in the field of production. The production comes from workforce who have the tacit knowledge. A model of transfer tacit knowledge will hel SME to empower tacit knowledge workforce. The research explain a model transfer tacit knowledge that focusing on transfer knowledge at the organizational level of SME. The model consists of six contrucs: sources characteristics, receiver characteristics, tacit knowledge characteristics, organization context, media characteristics, and the effectiveness of transfer tacit knowledge.The validation model is conducted in Surya Usaha Mandiri SME create coconut shell handicrafts in Bantul, Yogyakarta. Data management is conducted through Structural Equation Modelling method. The data result shows that influential factor towards the sources characteristics, receiver characteristics, tacit knowledge characteristics, organization context, media characteristics, and the effectiveness of transfer tacit knowledge.The R-square organization context results the correlation in low level, then to the development of the model needs to be improved. |
