Indonesian herbal plant, Mimba (Azadirachta indica A.Juss) has been reported many activity like anti inflamatory, hepatoprotektor,antiviral, anticancer. The extract of mimba leaves con¬tains flavonol, quercetin, cytosterol, and margosin. The aim of this research was to find the effect cytotoxicity of administering etanol extrac , hexan fraction, ethyl ace tat and buthanol fraction of mimba leaves using Hela cell line. Cytotoxic effect was conducted in 96 well plate using RP MI 1640 as medium. The mortality percentage parameter that was measured included the number of viabel cell and LC50 the compounds was analysed using probit analysis. Cytotoxic effect was shown by methanol extract, hexan fraction, ethyl ace tat and buthanol fraction of mimba leaves against Hela cell line with lethal concentration 50% (LC50) value of 1620 ug/ml , 3829,84 pg/ml, 1911,60 ug/ml and 210,644 ug/ml. The results showed that the mimba leaves not toxic against Hella cell line because LC 50 > 30 ug/ml
