There are several economic policies affect the cocoa export and production including the manure price and devaluation policies. Therefore the research conduct needed. The estimation of the model used time series data 1983 -2002 by 2 SLS method. Among the key findings of the research are as follows : 1. after GRATEKS Policy implemented by south sulawesi government, harvested area of the cocoa higher than before policy 2. production technology is a significant factor for increasing cocoa productivity 3. south sulawesi's cocoa export supply are changed by indonesian price export, growth rate of production, exchange rate and time trend The study suggests that : 1. the manure subsidy policy for farmers is helpfull to increase of the cocoa production, export and price in south sulawesi 2. to prevent the "adding - up" problem, carefully devaluation policy is offered as the second policy alternative
