The hospital has the potential to be the occurrence of waste. Sometimes, hospitals do not pay attention to the presence of non-value added activity that occurs in the process of work. Lean principles will be tackling waste, Six Sigma principles to improve the effectiveness. The principles of Lean and Six Sigma in Service will be integrated into a Lean Six Sigma to achieve the effectiveness and to improve hospitals, without reducing the quality of service. However, the regulations also note, Health BPJS because of concerns the proposed improvements.The proposed improvements based on the root of the problems that exist and have a smaller total cost.
