Abstract
The hospital has the potential to be the occurrence of waste. Sometimes, hospitals do not pay attention to the presence of non-value added activity that occurs in the process of work. In addition, the activity is also associated with a large number of patients. Along the BPJS health, patients in RSUP Fatawati Jakarta were also growing. It also adds to the potential occurrence of waste in hospitals, so often performed sequential inefficient and ineffective. Waste also will influence patient satisfaction. Lean principles will be tackling waste, Six Sigma principles to improve the effectiveness. The principles of Lean and Six Sigma in Service will be integrated into a Lean Six Sigma to achieve the effectiveness and to improve hospitals, without reducing the quality of service. However, the regulations also note, Health BPJS because of concerns the proposed improvements.The proposed improvements based on the root of the problems that exist and have a smaller total cost. The proposed improvement is to impose a system of e-admission, so the addition of capacity service to pharmaceutical depot and initial enrollment is less. Service quality level at the initial enrollment increased to 100%, in clinics increased to 92.25%, while pharmacy depot is 85%. Total cost of all the proposed improvements this is amounting to RP 3.439.240.290 .95. Cost less than repair without e-admission.
