The production of lilies as cut flower has considerably increased in the last few years. One of the problem of lilies growth in the field is need time for flowering. An alternative to overcome flowering problem is by growing genotipes that response to application of GA3 and modification of photoperiod. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the effect of application of GA3 and photoperiod in growth and flowering of some genotypes. This research used split - split plot design. As main plot was genotipes (VI (Lgfrx CK), V2 (Lgfrx LTI), V3 (Lgfrx Exp), V4 (LcBdg x CB) and V5 (LcBdg x SG)) ; as sub main plot was photoperiod (neutral day and long day) ; as sub - sub plot was four GA3 concentrations (0, 50, 100 and 150 mg / l). The result of the experiment shows interaction between photoperiod and application of GA3 which increase plant height, number of leafs, diameter of bulbs, diameter of flower, initiation of flower and vase life. An effctive concentration of GA3 is 50 mg / l - 100 mg / l and application of photoperiod significantly increase initiation of flowering and flower quality. Isozyme analysis shows that application of GA3 and photoperiod caused increased number of band.
