Isi artikelFifty - five samples of baby food from indonesia have been studied to detect incidence of mycotoxin using direct competitive enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). From this research, it was found 31 samples positive ochratoxin A (OCA) (56,36%), 11 samples positive deoxynivalenol (DON) (20%), 4 samples positive aflatoxin total (7,27%) and 3 samples positive zearalenone (ZON) (5,45%). The average levels of contamination of DON, ZON and OCA were still below international maximum standards and guidelines of some country for mycotoxin. However the everage contamination of alfatoxin was higher than guidelines of some countries. ELISA methods that been used to detect DON and aflatoxin total was double antibody, and the second antibody was monoclonal antibody that specific to detect that two types of mycotoxin. The antibody that been used in ZON and OCAS was polyclonal antibodies.
