The limonia aurantifolia can be classified as a special fruit for indonesia's social culture, the circumstance can be witnessed on cultural and religious ceremonies, together with excellent ingredients in traditional medicine and food. Quality of the limonia aurantifolia is determined by weight and maturity levels. The area, texture and color indexes were extracted from 200 object sample images using the developed image processing software. The area are attributed to weight and texture and color indexes are attributed to maturity levels. The features extracted from the image were ised as input for artificial neural network, that modelled to use 5 and 9 inputs on 6, 9, 13 and 15 hidden layers. The training of artificial neural network used value of 0,8 for momentum constant and learning rate constrnat, 1.0 for sigmoid function in 3000 iteration. The results showed that quality provided the highest accurateness of valudation of 95,85%.
