However, in fact the company also must consider the demands of society and take full responsibility for the effects arising from the use of resources for production activities. Therefore, the author felt the need to do a study that examined several factors that contribute to wider corporate social responsibility disclosure. The factors examined in this study are firm size, foreign ownership, earnings per share, and profitability. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The data in this study is a secondary data from annual reports and financial perusahana listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2009-2012. Based on the test results, the results showed that the size of the company and earnings per share do not have significant influence with corporate social responsibility.
