Abstract
PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the exploration and management of oil and natural gas. PT. XYZ produces continuous production, to achieve the desired output then one of the activities to help expedite the production is with the system running optimally. In maintaining and developing the production needs to be done to maintain the productivity of the machine maintenance. To optimize the maintenance process planning and control needed to turn the engine components needed it and the optimal time to do maintenance, so the maintenance can be done on time and stock availability. The problem is a shortage of raw materials making machine breakdown, dikarnakan stock of spare parts which are less controlled the machine does not stop to be some while yet cause much damage to the engine so that the engine is so not worth taking.
Currently scheduled maintenance of production machines in the routine maintenance and Corrective Maintenance. In the interval of time to plan to turn the first done by determining the critical components based on the interests of the 80:20 frequency factors and cost factors, from the determination of the critical components found to be a critical component of the next 15 identified distribution menggunakna manual calculations and calculation software MINITAB 14. In addition, the calculation of the cost of the company will have a financial impact of PT. XYZ can save $ 747.72 or by Rp.9.008.530.56, - per cycle.
