Catharanthus roseus in one of the plants producing secondary metabolites which are used as medicine. The study was carried out to discover the effect of addition of growth regulators kinetin and NAA on callus culture rooted in forming C. roseus plants. Explants of young leaves of plants of C. roseus cells cultured on Murashige-Skoog medium with the addition of growth regulators kinetin 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.00 ppm and NAA 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, 10 ppm. The method used was the experiment with complete randomized design with five replicates. Total weight of roots and weight of rooted callus were analyzed by anova at 95% confidence level. The largest number of roots 19+0.8 or 19-0.8 was found on addition of kinetin at 0.75 ppm and NAA at 10.0 ppm while the highest fresh callus rooted weight of (3.15-0.24 to 3.15+0.24 g) was found on the addition of 0.75 ppm kinetin and 7.5 ppm NAA.
