The Children are our continuous future generation, therefore their growth have to be maintained, not only to protect them from the force or violent but also to avoid them from the discrimination so that they obtain the suitable condition for their life. The purpose of this paper is to explain more detail the protection of children's right in order to obtain their suitable life as human method. The method used normally and empirical law research. The result show that even government or the society, pay no attention optimally.
