Abstract
The case study uses a Trade Unit of the Bimasakti that you want to repair the system. Related system is the system you want to repair the administrative unit of the trade transaction process with the factory. This study was made considering a Trade Unit usually do not have a standardized system, as well as the Trade Unit of the Bimasakti. It is therefore very difficult for a writer who is an employee of the galaxy directly involved in the administration of this process, to make system improvements. Prior to launch an improvement of the administrative system, the author will first map the current system in the Trade Unit of the Bimasakti. With a system that has been mapped to happen now, the next step is determining the requirements of what you want to repair or future expectations. It was not until repairs can lead to requirements requested.
Requirements demanded divided into 4 ie, zero error in shipment; bills paid on time; delivery scheduling routine; and simplification of form. Zero error in delivery occurs due to lack of control over the preparation process function goods. Where human error can occur at any time. after doing repairs then found that the time taken in the process of preparation of this stuff be increased, but the errors that occur can be minimized. Previous bills will be considered paid on the delivery invoice, but this is completely wrong. Therefore added a function which confirm the payment has been done. Then this study was applied on June 25, 2014-27 July 2014.
