Abstract
Nowadys a service company must do in order to reduce the cost of the optimality of the exit. To get optimum benefit, a company needs to take into account the aspects that affect the course of the operation, especially the cost of distribution and production. This is no exception for PT. Heterbas, a services company that helps PERTAMINA in conducting the LPG distribution to the general public. One of the variables that most influence of charge distribution on the PT. Heterbas is the cost of transportation. The cost of transport is influenced by the distribution of PT. Heterbas in the distribution to the relevant bases. Through this study proposed a distribution route which would be a benchmark for PT. Heterbas in the distribution. There are two proposals that use is by using permutations and simulated distribution scenario design using Pro-Model softwere 7.5. Of these methods will get the shortest route to do the distribution and the value of the effectiveness or utility of the fleet are used. Through the results of this study also found that the proposed new distribution system in order to serve the base distribution scheme runs better than ever.
