Abstract
The design of automated handling material was aiming to create a process that precision and high durability by using only one operator. The process is created by the end effector of a robot to move material from one place to another place, the end effector is driven by multiple motors. The material handling device must be robust and able to withstand stress caused by loading occurs. The design and study about this automated handling includes analysis of strength, stiffness and mechatronic systems. The safe structure that occurs when the stress is less than the allowable value, and deflection that occurs is less than the allowable deflection. The design and study, automatic handling material transfer device is safe and able to move successfully created materials from one place to another.
