Along with the advances in the world of business and improvement in economic conditions in Indonesia, the company which engaged in the service sector and manufacturing, must prepare themselves to compete with its competitors. The more competitors that emerge in the business world will increasingly threaten the existence of the company if the company is not trying to improve their performance. The important thing that must be considered is the success of various company's activity in order to achieve its goals not only depends on technological superiority, the available operating funds, or facilities that company owned, but depending on their human resource. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation toward job satisfaction. This research method is done by collecting data through questionnaires that were taken directly from the employees of PTBaby Purnama, 33 people out of 47 employees. Sampling studies using non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The result of this research indicate that there is a significant influence between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction. |
