Th£ objective of this study is to examine the effects of workload and pay on job satisfaction, in addition, this study is also aimed to describe about the condition of workload, pay and job satisfaction in Hasanah Graha Afiah Hospital. Workload and pay is one part of job satisfication and it can't be replaced with another. While the job satisfaction is positive or negative attitude of employee to the job they have. Statistical method used on this study rs Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression to lest the significant, also kind of influences from variables workload (XI) and pay (X2) to job satisfaction (Y), Number of respondent sample of this study is 51 employee's. This questionnaire answered by respondent in a Likert scale option, then proceeded with SPSS, Result of this study shows that are significant and influences negative for workload and positive for pay from the variables of workload and pay to the nurse's job satisfaction at Hasanah Graha Afiah Hospital, in case of through partial interaction (using t-test formula of analysis multiple linear regression), and through coincedent way (using F-test formula of analysis multiple linear regression). According to the result, hypothesis conclusions of the research are rejecting Ho dan accept Ha. |
